The ACES process is continually evolving and so is the training! Join us for ACES 3.0: Writing, Rating, & Giving Feedback. This class includes the new, streamlined forms and ratings released Spring 2018.
- Writing for the new, streamlined forms: We get it – you’re swamped! But don’t let that stop you from keeping track of your employee’s performance. You’ll learn how to make your documentation richer, tips and tricks to regularly get it done, and we will go over the new, streamlined forms developed to make your life easier.
- New Ratings: It can be overwhelming to know the best rating to choose. By using the factors of consistency, sustainability, and scope, we’ll walk you through how to pick the appropriate rating whether you’re rating an accountability or a competency.
- Giving Feedback: Choosing a rating isn’t the end of the process! Giving feedback on each rating and discussing performance development is the last component of the yearly ACES process. This is one step where you just don’t want to go in and wing it.
So whether you’re brand new and feeling clueless, or seasoned and feeling confident, you’re guaranteed to pick up something new that will help you make the performance development experience a success!
