Anti-Harassment Training (Online)

Sign-in using your 6-digit employee number. The first time logging on, your password will be "password". No quotations. You will then be prompted to change this password to one of your own choosing.

 

Module Description: This online courses is required for all employees of the executive branch.

Required Anti-Harassment course are offered through our Online Learning Center provided by Syntrio. This course is assigned monthly to new employees and new supervisors of the executive branch.

These courses will be assigned on the 15th (or closest business day) of each month. The Syntrio database is updated on the 8th of the month and will reflect all changes in supervisory status, hiring, and termination that is updated before that date. A notification will be delivered via Syntrio when the assignment has been made following a message from our office to alert employees they will be receiving an email from Syntrio.

This course will be automatically assigned yearly.

Preventing Unlawful Workplace Harassment: Employee Edition

Course Length: 30 minutes

Summary:

This video-enhanced course teaches employees about the human characteristics that are protected by anti-discrimination laws and the type of conduct related to the "protected classes" that can lead to a claim of unlawful workplace harassment. It also discusses the steps employees can take to prevent workplace harassment and what to do in the event they witness or experience it.

 

Preventing Unlawful Workplace Harassment: Manager Edition

Course Length: 60 minutes

Summary:

This video-enhanced course teaches managers and supervisors about the human characteristics that are protected by anti-discrimination laws and the type of conduct related to the "protected classes" that can lead to a claim of unlawful workplace harassment. It offers strategies for preventing unlawful harassment and teaches managers how to respond appropriately when they learn of it. It also discusses the risk of liability to both the company and a manager if he or she fails to stop harassment or personally engages in harassing behavior.
