Course Description: As a supervisor, understanding and dealing with policies such as the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Workers Compensation can be overwhelming. This course will help you to understand the laws, policies, and procedures involved and the steps you need to take in these situations.
