The Well-Being Champion Program

We're pleased to announce a new opportunity for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Well-Being Champions within our state agencies. Our mission is to foster a culture of health and safety that enriches the well-being and quality of life for our employees and their families, and we need your enthusiasm and leadership to make it happen.

As a Well-Being Champion, you will:
  1. Bring awareness to programs and initiatives available through the State.
  2. Organize well-being activities and events tailored specifically to your agency’s unique needs.
  3. Act as a well-being advocate to your coworkers, ensuring they have access to the resources and support they need.
  4. Collaborate with other Champions to share ideas, resources, and best practices for fostering a healthier and happier work environment.
  5. Lead by example: Promote healthy behaviors and practices in the workplace.
