What is the Employee Health Office?
A new division within the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration that provides support and resources for the health and well-being of employees and their families.
How do I contact the EHO?
You can contact the Employee Health Office by contacting the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration at 605.773.3148.
What do I do if my medical provider takes me off work?
If you are taken off work by your medical provider, you need to contact your supervisor, and your RAS claim representative. A work note must be received from your medical provider if you are unable to return to work or are given work restrictions.
What happens if I am given work restrictions?
You must obtain a work note from your medical provider and present the work note to your supervisor and RAS claim representative. The employees human resource team together with the RAS claim representative and the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration Return-to-Work Coordinator will work together to support the employee and identify temporary work assignments that meet the work restrictions.
